Linda Whitt is the Controller for ChemRite CoPac. Many of our customers and vendors have worked with Linda in regard to accounts payables/receivables and are familiar with her attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Linda was raised in south western Wisconsin and attended UW Stevens Point. It was while she was a student at UW Stevens Point that she met Ron Whitt. The two married in June of 1972. Together, they founded ChemRite in June of 1976 and Linda started working at ChemRite in 1985. She gained extensive financial experience by handling the company’s accounts receivables, payables, payroll and employee benefits for more then 15 years.
In March 2006, Linda became ChemRite’s Controller. Her current job responsibilities include all issues related to company finance and employee benefits. She conscientiously administers ChemRite’s funds, following a conservative financial model, consistently endeavoring to control and reduce ChemRite’s overhead costs so that we can continue to provide competitive price structures and outstanding value to our customers. Her attentive oversight has also given ChemRite CoPac an exceptional payables record, which has helped the company build solid working relationships with many quality vendors.
Linda also shares management responsibilities of ChemRite’s staff. Her honesty, diligence, experience and hard-work ethic have made her an mom-picinvaluable part of ChemRite’s team. Linda plays an active role in directing many of ChemRite’s continuous process improvements. Her willingness to help create and implement new corporate protocols, which contribute to ChemRite’s ongoing success and customer satisfaction, sets a constructive pace and provides effective leadership for the rest of ChemRite’s team members.
In addition to being Ron’s partner in business, Linda is also his partner in life. Together they have raised three children, Rebecca, Heather and Nathan, and greatly enjoy being grandparents to three grandsons. Rebecca has a degree in Graphic Communications and is the Marketing Director for ChemRite CoPac. Heather is a talented artist and has created many beautiful murals within the Milwaukee area. She and her husband have a 4 year old son, Samuel. Nathan enjoys working as a Master Electrician and he and his wife stay busy with their 5 year old son, Cole, and 2 1/2 year old son, Braeden. Linda and Ron’s entire family greatly value spending time together and in volunteer work throughout the community. Linda also likes traveling, reading and being with friends.
