ChemRite CoPac, Inc. has recently expanded its packaging capabilities by adding a new tube filler to the ChemRite production facility. This automatic tube filler/sealer is engineered to produce outstanding quality and precision tube filling of straight seal, curved or elongated seal tubes. The new tube filler is ideal for a variety of products including OTC and personal care products and is able to fill tube capacities ranging from less then 1oz. to 10oz. It is designed to pressure test tube seals before discharge and also features a “no tube, no fill” station.
tube-filler-picThe durable 316L stainless steel construction with full enclosures offers optimum product protection and conform to ChemRite’s CIP safety, cleaning and sanitization protocols. The compact, easy to set up structure of this new filler gives ChemRite extreme production flexibility and minimizes changeover time. In addition, the filler provides output speeds of up to 65 tubes per minute, an outstanding efficiency rate which greatly assists in controlling filling costs.
