ChemRite CoPac was recently honored with the “Vendor of the Year – Contract Packaging” Award from one of it’s key customers. The company’s Chairman presented the award to ChemRite’s founder, Ron Whitt, and Sales Manager, Todd Plier. An awards committee evaluated numerous contract packagers and determined the award recipient based on a contract packager’s ability to respond to customer needs, maintain a lean production environment and partner with the customer to meet production demands.
The company’s Chairman stated that ChemRite CoPac was unanimously chosen by the awards committee. In the end of 2009, the customer had experienced an unusually high demand for one of it’s OTC product lines. ChemRite immediately responded to this demand by significantly increasing it’s production capacity. The Chairman mentioned that ChemRite maintained excellent communication throughout this dynamic time period. ChemRite presented a transparent production schedule and line time availability, allowing the customer to create their own “custom” schedule in order to meet their challenging production demands and rapid turn around requirements. ChemRite also maintained daily production reporting, strict inventory control, exceptional production efficiency and pharmaceutical quality standards in order to accomodate a fluid environment. ChemRite CoPac is proud to receive the “Vendor of the Year – Contract Packaging” Award.
